About Us

Retirement Community

At Hands On, our mission is to be a trusted partner for families seeking high-quality, affordable care for their loved ones while providing a safe and supportive home for our residents. As a family-run adult home care business, we believe that partnering with families is essential in providing the best possible care for their loved ones. We understand that caring for an elderly family member can be challenging, both emotionally and physically, which is why we aim to work closely with families to ensure that their loved ones receive the best personalized care.

Our mission to our residents it to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. In doing so, we can help our residents to maintain their physical and mental health, enhance their sense of self, and ultimately, improve their quality of life. This benefits not just our residents, but also their families, our staff, and the greater community.
